- ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Cut each potato into 8 wedges by slicing it in half lengthwise, then cutting each half into quarters.
Step 2: Season the Potatoes
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
Step 3: Arrange the Wedges
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place the potato wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer with the skin side down.
