Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Peaches

  • If using fresh peaches, peel, pit, and slice them.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Toss well and let it sit for about 10 minutes to release the juices.
