Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bottle (12 oz) Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra spice)
- 1 lb penne or rotini pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker. Season them with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Step 2: Add the Sauce & Cream Cheese
Pour the entire bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce over the chicken. Add the cubed cream cheese, heavy cream, and chicken broth to ensure a creamy, flavorful sauce.
Step 3: Slow Cook the Chicken
Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
Step 4: Cook the Pasta Separately
About 30 minutes before the chicken is done, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 5: Shred the Chicken & Combine Everything
Once the chicken is fully cooked, shred it using two forks. Stir the shredded chicken well to mix it with the creamy sauce. Add in the cooked pasta, butter, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir everything together until the pasta is well coated in the sauce.
