Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Croutons (Skip if using store-bought croutons)

- Toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool.
Step 2: Make the Caesar Dressing
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

- Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly.
