Instructions

  1. Step 1: Start by preparing the cauliflower. Wash and cut it into bite-sized florets. Set aside.
  2. Step 2: In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until they become soft and fragrant (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Step 3: Add the cauliflower florets to the pot and stir, allowing the vegetables to cook for another 5 minutes, ensuring the cauliflower begins to soften.
  4. Step 4: Pour in the vegetable (or chicken) broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and fully cooked.
