Instructions

Step 1: Select the Right Avocados

Choose ripe Hass avocados that give slightly when pressed. They should be dark green to black in color with a creamy interior.

Step 2: Cut and Mash the Avocados

Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados until you reach your desired consistency—chunky or smooth.

Step 3: Add Lime Juice

Pour fresh lime juice over the mashed avocados. This enhances flavor and prevents the guacamole from turning brown.
