Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Step 2: Prepare the Streusel Topping
In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Add melted butter and stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.
Step 3: Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Step 4: Prepare the Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the softened butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Step 5: Combine the Wet and Dry Ingredients
