  • 2 New York strip steaks (or your choice of steak, about 1-inch thick)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
