Step 1: Whip the Cream

Step 2: Add Sweetened Condensed Milk
Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream. Mix until fully combined.

Step 3: Add Vanilla and Food Coloring
Stir in the vanilla extract and a few drops of blue food coloring. Adjust the color to achieve the perfect Cookie Monster blue.

Step 4: Fold in Cookies and Chocolate Chips
Add the crushed chocolate chip cookies and mini chocolate chips (if using). Fold them into the mixture evenly.

Step 5: Freeze the Ice Cream
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container. Smooth the top with a spatula. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
