Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

Step 2: Prepare the Coating

In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.

In another bowl, whisk together the egg, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth. This mixture will help the Parmesan coating stick to the cod.
