- 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or nuts for added texture
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal of the brownies later.
- Step 2: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds until fully melted. Stir the butter until smooth.
- Step 3: Add the sugar to the melted butter and mix well until the sugar is incorporated.
- Step 4: Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth and well-blended.
- Step 5: Sift together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. If desired, stir in chocolate chips or nuts.
