Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
Step 2: Cook the Ground Beef
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease if necessary.
Step 3: Sauté Onion and Garlic
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Step 4: Mix in the Soup and Vegetables
- Stir in the condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and stir well.
Step 5: Assemble the Casserole
- Pour the ground beef mixture into the greased baking dish. Spread it evenly. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese on top.
Step 6: Add the Tater Tots
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the mixture.
Step 7: Bake the Casserole
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Step 8: Add More Cheese
- Remove the casserole from the oven, sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese over the top, and return it to the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
