Instructions
Step 1: Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until the yolks and whites are fully blended. For an extra fluffy texture, you can whisk the eggs vigorously for about 30 seconds to incorporate air.
Step 2: Add the milk or cream if desired. This step adds extra creaminess to the eggs, but it’s optional. Whisk until fully combined.
