Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, vanilla extract, and water. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients until a smooth batter forms.

Step 2: Heat the Oil

Pour the vegetable oil into a deep frying pan or Dutch oven and heat to 375°F (190°C). Use a cooking thermometer to monitor the temperature to ensure even frying.

Step 3: Pipe the Batter
