Perfect for game days, parties, or casual dinners, these cheesy bombs are quick and easy to make, offering a satisfying and delicious treat in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pack of refrigerated biscuit dough (10 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Cook the Beef In a large skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon until it’s browned and fully cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. Step 2: Season the Meat Add the Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cooked beef. Stir well to combine, then remove the skillet from the heat and set the beef mixture aside.
  3. Step 3: Prepare the Biscuits Open the pack of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your fingers or a rolling pin until it is wide enough to hold a portion of the beef mixture.
  4. Step 4: Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs Spoon a small amount of the cooked beef mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit. Top each with a small sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, sealing it completely to form a ball.
  5. Step 5: Coat and Bake Place the cheeseburger bombs onto a greased baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle them with minced garlic and grated parmesan cheese. Bake according to the biscuit package instructions, usually 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
