Instructions
Step 1: Chop all deli meats (salami, ham, capicola) into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large bowl.
Step 2: Add diced provolone cheese to the meat mixture. This brings a creamy, tangy balance to the salty meats.
Step 3: Add the vegetables: banana peppers, finely chopped red onion, shredded lettuce, and cherry tomatoes.
Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. For extra kick, stir in crushed red pepper flakes.
Step 5: Pour the dressing over the meat and veggie mix. Stir well to combine. Chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
