Chicken Marinade Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Parmesan Crust Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes (for best results, marinate for 2-4 hours in the refrigerator).
Step 2: Grill the Chicken
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Transfer the grilled chicken to a baking sheet lined with foil.
Step 3: Prepare the Parmesan Crust
- In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan, shredded Provolone, panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Stir until the ingredients are well combined and form a thick paste.
Step 4: Add the Parmesan Crust to the Chicken
- Spread the Parmesan crust mixture evenly over each grilled chicken breast.
- Press down gently to help it adhere.
