Instructions

Step 1: Blend the Cottage Cheese

Place the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth, ensuring there are no lumps. This will give your mousse a creamy texture.

Step 2: Add Cocoa and Sweetener

Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt to the blended cottage cheese. Blend again until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Step 3: Adjust Consistency
