- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for added tang)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Brew the Tea
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a gentle boil.
- Remove from heat and add black tea bags (or loose-leaf tea in a tea infuser).
- Let it steep for 5-7 minutes for a strong flavor.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in honey or sugar while the tea is still warm. Allow it to cool.
Step 2: Prepare the Mango Puree
- Peel and chop the ripe mangoes.
- Blend the mango pieces with ½ cup of water until smooth.
- Strain the puree using a fine mesh sieve to remove any fibers.
Step 3: Mix the Tea and Mango Puree
- Once the tea is at room temperature, pour it into a large pitcher.
- Add the strained mango puree and stir well.
- Mix in lemon juice and vanilla extract if using.
Step 4: Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate the mango iced tea for at least 1 hour to enhance the flavors.
- Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over them.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
