Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • Wash and dry the zucchini. Slice them into thin rounds or half-moons.
  • Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and slice them into even pieces.
  • Mince the garlic and set aside.

Step 2: Heat the Skillet

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium-high heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they release their moisture and start to brown.
