Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling
In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and honey. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Step 2: Slice and Fill the Bread
Take the slices of bread and cut a pocket into the center of each slice, being careful not to cut all the way through. Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the cream cheese filling into each pocket and spread it evenly inside.

Step 3: Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sugar, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Step 4: Dip and Coat the Bread
Dip each stuffed bread slice into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are evenly coated. Let it soak for about 10-15 seconds per side.

Step 5: Cook the French Toast
Heat a frying pan or griddle over medium heat and melt the butter. Place the coated bread slices onto the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
